Where can I see which program I am currently following?

By logging-in to the homepage you will be taken to the program you are currently following by default.

How do I link my account to my Roku?

The Roku Version of LA Dance Workout is not available yet and will be enabled in the next few weeks.

If you have signed up using a desktop or laptop computer, your sign-in credentials will be identical on the LA Dance Workout Roku channel. You will only need to enter them and start dancing!

When LA Dance Workout's Roku channel will be available, here is how you will be able to sign up :


1. If you sign up using your Roku device, you will need to fill in your email address and set up a password.

2. Enter your Roku pin to validate your purchase

3. Now you will be logged in.

I canceled my membership but now I’d like to renew it.

  1. Sign in with your credentials
  2. On your profile page click on RENEW SUBSCRIPTION in the Billing tab

How do I create an account?

Make sure you follow these steps:

  1. On the homepage screen, click on the button on the top right corner, choose the option START YOUR FREE TRIAL NOW (not SIGN IN).
  2. Enter the fields required in the form
  3. Click on SIGN UP
  4. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided
  5. Click on the confirmation link
  6. Fill in your credit card details
  7. Your account has now been created!

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership by going to the BILLING tab in your profile. From here, just click on CANCEL MEMBERSHIP.

Can I use it on my TV?

The Roku Version of LA Dance Workout is not available yet and will be enabled in the next few weeks.

If your TV has Roku OS, or you have a Roku-enabled device, then yes you will be. You will only have to download LA Dance Workout's channel on the Roku Channel Store. If you have a desktop subscription you will be able to link it to your Roku device and start dancing!

Why am I charged every month?

You have subscribed to a monthly subscription, the free trial period has ended and you haven't canceled your membership. You are now being charged a normal monthly fee for your subscription.

Where can I find the renewal date of my subscription?

On your profile page, in the billing tab, the date is listed as NEXT BILLING.

How do I change my credit card details if the expiration date is coming?

To add a new card you need to:

  1. Go to your profile page
  2. Click on ADD A NEW CARD
  3. Select the card you want to choose by default.

How do I edit my password?

Once you're logged in you can edit your password by going on your profile.
1. Click on your name on the top right corner. Then click on view my profile.
2. On my account page you will be able to edit your password.

I can't view all the workouts

You can only view the workouts if you sign up to LA Dance Workout.


You can sign up for a free 10-days trial, after which your credit card will be charged if you do not cancel your subscription.

How can I use LA Dance Workout abroad?

LA Dance Workout is an American platform, so you will not be able to use it unless you are in the United States.

I can’t log in to my account

If you're having trouble logging into your L.A. Dance Workout account, make sure you follow these steps:

  1. On the login screen, choose the option to log in
  2. Enter your email address or username
  3. Enter your password
  4. Click SIGN IN

To reset your password:

  1. On the homepage, click on SIGN IN in the top right corner
  2. Click on FORGOT MY PASSWORD
  3. Enter your email address to validate
  4. Go to your inbox where an email will have been sent, inviting you to reset your password
  5. Click on the link in the email
  6. Type in your new password
  7. If you do not receive your reset password email, check your spam/junk filters or try entering other email addresses you might have used when you signed up

How do I edit a playlist?

To add or delete a workout within a playlist:

  1. Go to your playlists by clicking on the heart icon at the top right corner (next to your name)
  2. Select a playlist or click on VIEW ALL PLAYLISTS
  3. Click on the heart below the workout image to delete that workout from the playlist. A prompt will ask you to confirm if you are sure you want to delete this workout. If it's the last workout left on the playlist it will ask you if you want to delete the playlist as well.

I canceled my membership but I was charged anyway. How do I get a refund?

If you canceled your membership after the renewal date of your subscription, you will be charged for the next month per our terms of service. If you canceled your membership before the renewal date of your subscription and still have been charged in spite of this, please contact us by completing the form on Need Help page.

What is the LA Dance Workout?

The LA Dance Workout is a dance and workout platform available on a desktop/laptop computer and soon on Roku. Benjamin Millepied and his dance company, the L.A. Dance Project created choreography that combines dance and athleticism to help you put grace, elegance and joy back in exercise.

Why should I choose LA Dance Workout?

LA Dance Workout is a unique platform where you will learn how to be a graceful doing workout.

I no longer have access to the email address I used to register

If you have changed the email address you registered with, and can't reset your password.

In this case, you will need to create a new account. If you have an active subscription, please contact us at contact@ladanceworkout.com

How to sign out?

If you need to log out:

  1. On the homepage, click on your name on the top right corner
  2. Follow the drop-down menu until you see SIGN OUT
  3. Click on SIGN OUT
  4. You will now be redirected back to the homepage.

Can I subscribe without a credit card?

No, you need a credit card to subscribe to an account.

You won't be charged until the end of your 10-day free trial.

If you cancel your membership during this period you won't be charged at the end of the 10 days.

How does the 10-day free trial work?

You will be charged after a 10-day free trial.


You can cancel membership before this period ends so you won't be charged on the 10th day.


If you don't cancel your membership you will be charged on the credit card details you provided when you created your account at the end of the 10-day free trial.

Do I have an account?

To find out, follow these steps:

  1. On the homepage, click on START YOUR FREE TRIAL NOW (not SIGN IN) in the top right corner.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. An error message will tell you if your email address has been recognized.

Will I be charged if I enter my credit card details?

You won't be charged until the end of your 10-day free trial. If you cancel your membership during this period you won't be charged at all.
